Tampa Armature Works (TAW), a leading independent power services and industrial equipment distribution company, was acquired by IPS in 2022. TAW, founded in 1921, serves customers across the U.S., in Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Europe.
IPS expands Precision’s capabilities in on-site and in-shop services for motors and rotating equipment. With the addition of IPS power management services and distribution resources, Precision’s customers can also streamline their vendor management.
